Women On the Go™ was created for the modern woman who wants meaningful connection, personal growth, and a life that feels as good as it looks.
Some women come looking for friendships.
Some come for inspiration.
Some come because they’re ready for a fresh chapter.
Most quickly realize they’ve found something special: a community where showing up as yourself is more than enough.
Suzy and Ginger first met in 2014 at a business networking event and quickly discovered a shared belief- women thrive when kindness, respect, and authentic connection aren’t extras…they’re the foundation.
By 2015, that belief grew into a small social community called Simply Social—a place where women could gather, laugh, and build real friendships.
Over time that simple idea grew into something bigger.
Today, Women On the Go™ connects women through social gatherings, community conversations, and shared experiences. We also created The E Society, a space for women who want to grow professionally and expand their influence through collaboration and leadership.
But no matter how we grow, the heart of Women On the Go™ will always stay the same:
Friendship first.

Suzy Lawson

Suzy believes life is meant to be lived out loud.
She loves bringing people together, exploring new places, and finding reasons to celebrate the everyday moments that make life fun. Whether it’s a dinner with friends, a spontaneous trip, or discovering a hidden gem in a new town, Suzy has always had a natural gift for creating connection and helping people feel welcome.
That spirit helped inspire Women On the Go™.
As Co-Founder and Chief Growth & Brand Architect, Suzy helps shape the vision and expansion of the community as it grows into new cities. She’s always thinking about how to make the experience more welcoming, more fun, and more meaningful for the women who show up.
Alongside Women On the Go™, Suzy helps make dreams come true in another way — helping people find the perfect place to call home. As the Managing Broker of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Signature Brokers, she brings more than 25 years of experience serving clients across Chattanooga, Cleveland, and North Georgia.
But whether she’s helping someone find their next home or bringing women together around a table, Suzy’s favorite thing will always be the same: helping people feel like they belong.

Ginger has always been drawn to people’s stories.
She loves meaningful conversations, long scenic drives, beautiful places, and the kind of friendships that grow slowly over time. Whether she’s gathering women around a table, capturing quiet moments through photography, or exploring a new city, Ginger believes life is best experienced through connection, curiosity, and shared experiences.
That belief helped shape Women On the Go™.
As Co-Founder and Chief Community & Leadership Architect, Ginger helps cultivate the culture and leadership of the community as it grows into new cities. She works closely with Community Ambassadors across the country, helping them create welcoming spaces where women can gather, connect, and build real friendships.
Alongside Women On the Go™, Ginger is an author who writes at the intersection of faith, culture, and lived experience. She also serves as a business and career advisor, helping people navigate life transitions, rediscover their strengths, and find clarity about what comes next.
She lives in the mountains of Western North Carolina, where she spends as much time as possible traveling, writing, photographing beautiful places, and having the kinds of conversations that remind people they’re not alone in the journey.
